I got on this kick in the mornings to have a fruit and veggie smoothie for breakfast. It isn't easy being green in the morning, but I have found that if you use blueberries the green kale disappears because all I see is purple in my glass. Since getting over the green shock I have also tried raspberries and strawberries with the kale or spinach. So far it's all worked for me.
Now, if I could just get up in the morning and get some exercise in that would make 2014 even better. How do you motivate yourself to get up in the morning?
