Throughout our weight loss journey we see many things along the path. Be it a daily horoscope, or a saying in a magazine or even from a fellow blogger. Many are helpful to us, make us think and gives us a moment to ponder. Sometimes we post these on the refrigerator, or the bedroom mirror, heck...even the back of the front door!! Having them on the blog is a great way to remind many that there are many ways to stay on the path of success!!!
