Workout Goals for This Week-

To stay accountable I am posting my workout goals because I did not lose or gain last week and I really want to shed some pounds this week!
So here I go-
Monday- 60 minutes bootcamp *
Tuesday- 30-60 minute walk
Wednesday- 60 minute bootcamp *
Thursday- 30-60 minute walk
Friday- 60 minute bootcamp *
Saturday- 30-60 minute walk
Sunday- 30 minute walk and 60 minute pilates

*Bootcamp- cardio, lower and upper weight training and abs work.

I KNOW I CAN DO THIS!
HOW ABOUT YOU?
JUST ONE MORE DAY!
NEVER GIVE UP!
