Letting Your Eyes Rest on Beauty

When I have busy crazy days (hence the name of this blog- We're Losing it! It is not just for weight loss.)  I have to keep something in front of me that is a relaxing image so that when I find just minute to breathe that I just focus on it and do some deep relaxation breathing while closing my eyes or as my counselor once told me "let your eyes rest on something beautiful to relax."
For me there are some pictures that I took last year that I use on a slideshow on my computer. It only take about 3 minutes for me to just look at them and breathe....
So take a break for yourself and enjoy some thing beautiful-

RELAX AND JUST BREATHE...

Having an "off" day - thanks for the pics - the first seems Hawaii-ish, the second brings me back to a trip to Lake Tahoe and the third makes me think of college days (remember ditching Math to watch the sunset? - LOL) Breathing, dreaming and thinking of good memories!!!!

That really works for me. I find those pictures so relaxing, which makes me think that I need something like this to look at when I'm on my treadmill.

Hey MO- I remember ditching Math to go to Moonstone beach! How I wish to back to those days! Things were so simpler back then.
We all have "off" days so just be gentle with yourself.
