When I read the title of this I immediately thought about the food that I ate "just because" and did not like it, but kept eating it thinking that it was going to get better, but it never did. I hate it when I do that to myself!
Just as the reading from 100 days of Weight Loss suggests that you need to think about the expectations that you have about the food in front of you. And if it does not match up to those expectations that you need to stop eating it! Get rid of it!
