With all that and so much more - we still have to remember the most important Staying Healthy Daily List:
- Drink plenty of water
- Get in 30 minutes of exercise
- Eat vegetables
- Eat fruit
- Brush your teeth (and floss)
- Limit how much sugar you consume
- Very little carbs (breads, starches)
