How did that happen????



I stepped on the scale the other morning and heard myself say out loud - 

HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?

I was down a few pounds....

Oh, yeah - I exercised yesterday




I stepped on the scale the other morning and heard myself say out loud - 

HOW DID THAT HAPPEN???

I was up a few pounds....

Oh, yeah - I didn't exercise yesterday!!

The importance of exercising - 
seeing a smaller number on the scale, 
being healthier and feeling good!!

You know what else is funny about exercise? How it makes you narrower than you'd be just by dieting alone. At least...at least that's what I learned when I wasn't exercising on a daily basis.

Exercise is such a necessary evil. LOL! Great work on getting it done!
